CFG and Third Factor combine to provide a personalized leadership development journey for the participants that will reinforce the mission and values of your organization and strengthen your culture of commitment and high performance. The leadership development journey will enhance self - awareness, the meta - competency for performance, leadership and resilience while building a confident coaching language and culture within your organization's leadership.
Beginning with the 144 - question TAIS self - assessment, each participant will then receive a detailed report to review followed by a 1:1 coaching call to debrief their results, build clarity on their key strengths and challenges, elevate awareness of what brings and drains their energy, and how pressure can impact them. With these insights, each participant will identify key areas of intense focus as a leader, prioritizing those with the most significant impact.
