Executive Coaching will begin by using one of the world's best assessment tools, TAIS, to understand what brings energy and what drains energy, and where you are most likely to go under pressure. Participants will identify specific goals or challenges that are important to their development. Then, using the information from their TAIS the Executive Coaching process will unfold. Participants will see themselves more accurately, chart and implement a realistic path to growth, integrate skills and tools into daily leadership practices to systematically build the habits of effective leadership and build skills, confidence and the motivation needed to achieve the gains they are after.
